Cold!

Been working in my room today and it’s freezing, can’t seemt o figure out how the boiler (PDF link) works.

Monday

So, been pretty busy with coursework the last week or so, might not let up much over the next 2 weeks.
Still things are good, got to see Paul and Tony the other night as well as a trip to London to see Ian Brown (thanks Liz and Neil)

last.fm stuff

Since audioscrobbler got fully integrated into last.fm i’d not update my little scripts to take into account the new feed locations and formats. So today i updated them and even wrote a small new one.
Trouble is umcus servers aren’t running PHP5 just yet. So i’m going to have to hold off putting them in my sidebar.

Poor Lappy!

I just tripped over a lead attached to my laptop causing it to plummet from my bed.
It seems to be OK, iTunes didn’t even skip a beat i’m just concerned for the HDD now in the coming weeks. I’ve already had to replace the drive in this laptop once and I don’t have my external drive to back up to.
The powerbook also has a lovely jutting out bit in the case just on the left where your wrist rests. Nice.
I have to say though the laptop does seem fine. No horrible noises or anything. Woo go Apple for making Laptops like tanks! You see metal is a good idea to case a laptop in!
