Back from a lovely weekend in Bicester seeing friends and also visiting my Granddad. Have managed to catch a stupid bug though so was off sick yesterday.
Kate I think had a lovely birthday despite also being ill. Was nice to catch up with everyone – and see some fireworks – my favourite thing in the world almost…!
Marriage and a New Life

So am settled in my new job now. So far it’s been really good but taken a fair bit of adjustment.
I am working deep within the heart of the Kilburn building inside a room I could only ogle at when a Student. I saw it first when we came to look around on an open day with my Dad and now oddly – I work inside of it.
So lot’s of change. I’m running this on a new server – the old one has died a death and as I am not at that datacentre anymore I can’t just go downstairs to have a look.
Since my last post so much has happened. Kate and I got married and went on our honeymoon. Which was just such a fabulous time. Best day of my life. It was just such a brilliant day and it was well worth all the hours we put in planning it. So many of our friends and family were able to join us and I think they all had a great time.
I want to get back into the habit of posting stuff up here or trickling it from various sources. I want to take more pictures (the iPhone is helping with that). I start going regularly to gigs again (Kate has helped with that by buying a stack of tickets for a wedding present).
